How to Pick Up? -- Items will be held in Singapore for collection and inspection before paying. Meetups will be held at Orchard mrt 7 pm on weekdays. Other Singapore locations like Changi Airport can be arranged.
When to Order? -- You can place an order with us practically ANYTIME. We have shipments going out at least once a week. Processing time is 12-20 days, subject to item availability and delivery time by courier.
How about In-Stock Items? -- Most of the in-stock items are in the US. Please allow 8-10 business days for arrival in Singapore. Select items are ready stock in Singapore, please enquire.
Can I Pre-Order? -- Pre-orders accepted ANYTIME. If you're interested in items not listed here, email us with the style # and colour for quotation. We'll try our best to get them for you at the lowest price possible.
How to Pay? -- 30% deposit is required through BCA atm/ internet transfer. The remaining amount to be paid in cash during meetup/ collection. Deposit is non-refundable; except when item is unavailable deposit will be refunded 100%
How Authentic? -- All of the products featured in this blog is 100% authentic and brand new. They are purchased personally and directly from the COACH/ Kate Spade stores or official website in the USA.
Dustbag/Gift Receipt/Shopping Bag/Gift Box? -- All products come with the original price tag attached, care card, dust bag (for handbags only), and paper bag unless otherwise stated. COACH gift receipt will be provided upon request. All Kate Spade accessories come with gift box, while COACH gift boxes can be provided subject to availability. Extra charges may apply for large gift boxes to cover higher shipping fees.
